“I have been renting from NCAP for over six years. I have always had a positive experience regarding them. Every time I've had a question, there was a quick and kind response. Every time I've needed maintenance work done, someone was there in no time to fix the problem with a smile on their face. I'll never forget my son's birthday party when I was hosting the event and moving too fast, and locked myself out of the apartment. Their units are very well maintained. If you have any concerns or issues, they are very prompt and always friendly when taking care of them.
My townhouse is in a safe area for walking and the location is the best part. We are only blocks away from Target, Kohl’s and Walmart. The unit is very quiet and there are beautiful trees around us. The unit is also very spacious with walk-in closets, storage, and extra large two car garage. I have loved it here.”— Sue
